Penelope in Primrose Hill

Christina Ricci's new movie Penelope, a romantic fable directed by Mark Palansky, will be filming in Primrose Hill, North London. The film will be shot on the corner of Ainger Road and Primrose Hill Road, there is also a huge firework display on Primrose Hill sometime between 6pm and 9pm tonight, as part of the film.

Christina play's the title role in this modern-day fairy tale about a woman born with the face of a pig who tries to end her lifelong curse and find true love. James McAvoy will play the love interest, Hayden Christensen was originally supposed to play this part, we don't know if he's still attached to this project. Catherine O'Hara, Peter Dinklage and Richard E. Grant have also joined the cast, along with Reese Witherspoon.
