The Holiday in Godalming
The small town of Godalming in Surrey, was invaded by Hollywood at the start of the week as filming for The Holiday started. Cameron Diaz and Jude Law, will be filiming in the Church Street area of Godalming over the next few weeks.

Sorry, but I just saw the movie and it was fantastic, but the story is a little different to what is shared on this web site. They swapped houses, UK and USA homes to get away from 'man' problems and it goes on from there.
A wonderful story, beutifully acted, wonderfully scripted and thoughtfully played out. A must see. A great romantic story and I am a male.

Can I ask, whereabouts was the little cottage seen in the film?
The Rosehill Cottage was situated in the town of Shere in Surrey, unfortunately it was specifically built for the movie, and after they had finished filming it was dismantled and removed.
